Unless your order meets these following conditions, BodyCitated does not offer refunds at this time:
Damaged
If an item gets damaged while in transit, I can issue a complete refund in the form of a store credit or credit/debit card refund within 14 days of its arrival.
Lost
A purchase must be missing for 30 days domestically and 40 days internationally for it to be considered lost. Once an item is declared lost, BodyCitated will offer a full or replacement if the product is not yet sold out.
Shipping Please allow up to 7-14 days for each order to process.
